We rely upon Royal Mail’s first-class service and our fulfilment partner Trojan mail has done an amazing job delivering until their vulnerable staff needed the protection they deserve. So we’ve had to take distribution back in-house for the first time in 3 years. We expect little change thanks to our family working together to get the maps packaged and sent as quickly as possible.
Personalised Products and backorders
If you’re after our unique personalised products or if your product is out of stock, we’ve taken the decision to slightly increase the lead time, printing once every 2 weeks instead of weekly. Your order will now arrive within 17 working days. This helps our in-house team deal with the issues above.
