If you just started a business making kit designed for all weathers, then you’re onto a winner when the extreme conditions close in.  So, yes, it was a bad weather boon for SplashMaps as reported in the Daily Echo today.

Our recent chats with customers at the Outdoors Show in London gave us some real-life examples of how beneficial these maps are; but what’s really great is seeing the business pages pick this up on the basis of our great sales results for February.

Traditionally February is a completely dead month for maps!  For us it was the best.  Just so happened to be the wettest since records began.

Do we expect a tail-off in Spring/ Summer?  No way. The same maps that kept the rain off will soon be keeping the sun off as people wrap their breathable, quick drying  SplashMaps Scarf/ Bandana around their heads and under their cycle helmets.
